Swan (beautiful)

Conservation Status: Least Concern.
I took this image at a lake in West Yorkshire where the area is monitored and visitors are asked to refrain from feeding the wildlife, due to, especially bread, being harmful.
Swans are known for their long necks, elegance and grace, a waterfowl that feed on plants and grasses. There are three species native to the UK. They lay approximately six eggs and the babies are called Cygnets, who are Gray. Swans are highly protective in breeding season. Apparently Swans mate for life, and known to make heart shapes with their necks in courtship. A female is a Hen and the male a Cob.
I love to see Swans fly, the sound of the wings and the shear size of the bird in the air is breath taking to me.
Whilst this may not be a picture of the usual beauty we look for in a wall hanging, this image shows determination in the animal kingdom. I watched this Swan for a long time, using its broken beak, feeding and drinking in a brave effort to stay alive and should show anyone that you can try to overcome anything life throws at you.
A beautiful image you can receive in minutes, download and print yourself straight away, no anxious waiting for the post to come. This will look lovely in any room.
